Judy helped my mother-in-law (who will be 94 in couple of weeks) sell her condo. She was very pleasant to work with, no pressure and made us feel comfortable through the whole process. Judy exceeded our expectations when she brought in items to help stage the condo. She even provided a high quality camera to me so I could get the "million dollar” 5 am sunrise shot of Toronto and Lake Ontario. We were both very impressed with the high quality professional marketing material she created. Communication with us was exceptional. We would definitely recommend trusting Judy with your real estate needs! These days when you say you’re looking at real estate, everyone “knows an agent” they can introduce you to but did that person work directly with the agent? A referral is not a helpful “warm referral” unless the person referring can speak from their own experience with the agent. That is why my husband and I found it extremely important to receive a warm referral to Judy Fortune. After all, we were trusting her our with our biggest asset. It was our first time selling our home in Toronto and buying a home in Mississauga. Judy is extremely knowledgeable, professional and was very patient with us. We hadn't decided on where we wanted to live and Judy took us to a few communities. After a few weeks of looking we settled on the beautiful village of Streetsville. Judy immediately listed our house even though the market had taken a turn for the worse.
